Per OSHA standards no untrained personnel or trustees can cleanup bio-hazardous materials such as blood, urine, and feces.  At Emergency Response Services we have the staff and equipment to handle the toughest job. All contaminated materials are taken to a disposal facility, and tracking documents maintained. Our company is registered with the State of California, and holds a Trauma Scene Practitioner’s license (TSW 85). Equipment- All of our equipment is high quality with all new service trucks ready to respond.  All trucks are fully equipped to handle any emergency, and are unmarked to provide confidentiality.   Street Cleanups/Blood, Radiator Fluid and Motor Oils Emergency Response recently developed the first street cleaning system.  This unit was specifically designed to respond to emergency situations where hard surface cleaning is required.  Departments currently use absorption products that leave much of the material behind, only to be absorbed into the concrete or asphalt. The result is an unclean condition that can cause future vehicle accidents due to slippery conditions.  When rainstorms occur the remaining product is released and washed down the storm drain systems further polluting our rivers and bays. Our equipment combines a high-pressure wash system with a full vacuum recovery and tanking system. Nicknamed the “Hazinator”, it was designed to thoroughly wash and recover spills such as blood, oil, and radiator fluids.    The Hazinator uses a specially designed surface spinner that utilizes high-pressure water jets to blast the asphalt or concrete surface clean. The vacuum recovery system is attached to the surface spinner and recovers approximately 99% of the water and debris. The vacuum system then transfers the recovered water and debris into a stainless steel recovery tank.  The tanked matter then can be easily transported for proper disposal.
