For most people, exposure to a crime scene is usually limited to the evening news or their favorite whodunnit on the silver screen. At Emergency Response, trauma scenes are our routine workplace. For those not properly prepared and trained in the handling of bio-waste, the area can pose some very serious health threats. For more details please visit our Dangers page.

We specialize in the removal, transportation, and disposal of bio-hazardous materials such as those found at a site where any serious human injury, illness, or death has occured. We focus on the challenging issues of odor, sanitation, and the removal and disposal of biological matter. We work swiftly and discreetly to clean, sanitize and deorodize the area. We strive to remove any and all remaining signs of trauma and to restore the environment as quickly as possible to its original state. Many victims’ families are not aware that companies such as Emergency Response exist, forcing them to do the difficult job of cleaning up.

Research tells us only about 2% of trauma scenes are properly cleaned by a licensed and insured company.  This means most cases are handled by inexperienced people who often treat hazardous materials improperly, disposing of biological or toxic waste in an irresponsible way. No matter how complex the event, we resolve the issue with professional expertise.
